Terms of Use
Effective: October 20, 2026
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Version 2.0
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Plondo Network, LLC, doing business as LottoCheck.ai (“LottoCheck”, “we”, “us”, “our”). LottoCheck.ai is a trade name (DBA) of Plondo Network, LLC, Monroe, LA 71203, USA. That company owns and operates LottoCheck. These Terms apply to the LottoCheck mobile app, the website lottocheck.ai and LottoCheck Premium (together, the “Service”).
When you create an account, the app asks you to accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. By accepting them, or by using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The short version
- LottoCheck checks tickets. We do not sell tickets, take bets or pay prizes.
- We are not part of, or approved by, any state lottery or the Multi-State Lottery Association.
- Results in LottoCheck are for information only. The official lottery result controls. Always check your ticket with the official lottery and keep the paper ticket.
- You must be 18 or older, or older if the law where you live requires it.
- Premium is billed and refunded by Apple (or Google). Cancel it in your store account.
1. What LottoCheck is
LottoCheck helps you keep track of lottery tickets that you bought yourself. You can scan or type a ticket, and LottoCheck compares its numbers with published draw results, shows past results and statistics, and can send you a notification after a draw. Some features need an account. Some features are only in LottoCheck Premium.
2. No gambling, no ticket sales
LottoCheck does not sell lottery tickets, take wagers or bets, run any game of chance, hold money for you, or pay, collect or claim prizes. You buy tickets only from an authorized lottery retailer or your official state lottery, and you claim prizes only through that lottery. Nothing in LottoCheck is an offer to play a lottery. Statistics, number tools and “Smart Pick” suggestions describe past draws or random choices. They do not predict results and do not improve your chances of winning.
3. Not affiliated with any lottery
LottoCheck is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or connected to any state lottery, the Multi-State Lottery Association (MUSL), Powerball, Mega Millions, any other lottery operator or any government agency. Powerball, Mega Millions and other game names and logos are trademarks of their owners. We use game names only to tell you which games LottoCheck checks.
4. Results are for information only
Draw results, prize amounts, jackpots, winner counts and ticket checks in LottoCheck are unofficial and for information only. We collect results from official lottery sources, but they can be late, incomplete or wrong, and the app can read a ticket incorrectly. The official result of the lottery that sold the ticket controls in every case. A “win”, “no win” or prize amount in LottoCheck is not a decision on your ticket or your prize.
You agree to:
- check every ticket with the official lottery (its website, app or an authorized retailer) before you throw it away or try to claim a prize;
- keep the physical paper ticket. A scan, a photo or a record in LottoCheck is not a ticket and cannot be used to claim a prize;
- know and meet the claim rules and deadlines of your lottery. Many prizes expire 90 days to one year after the draw.
To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any loss that comes from a wrong, late or missing result, a ticket that was read or entered incorrectly, a notification that was late or did not arrive, a prize that you did not claim, or a ticket that expired or was lost, damaged or thrown away.
5. Who can use LottoCheck
You must be at least 18 years old to use LottoCheck. If the minimum age to buy or play the lottery where you live is higher (for example 19 or 21), you must meet that age. When you create an account you confirm that you meet this rule. LottoCheck is made for people in the United States. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to you, including the lottery and gambling laws of the place where you live, buy tickets or claim prizes. Do not use LottoCheck where its use is against the law.
6. Play responsibly
The lottery should be entertainment, not a way to make money. Set a budget and keep to it. If gambling causes problems for you or someone you know, free and confidential help is available 24 hours a day: call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit the National Council on Problem Gambling. Your state lottery also lists local help.
7. Your account
You can sign in with email and password, Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in. Give correct information, keep your login details secret and use one account for yourself only. You are responsible for all activity on your account. Tell us at once at support@lottocheck.ai if you think someone else used it.
8. Suspension and termination
We may limit, suspend or close your account, or block access to the Service, at any time and with or without notice, if we believe that you broke these Terms or the law, that your use puts other users, us or third parties at risk, that the account is fake or was taken over, or if the law or a government request requires it. We may also remove content that breaks these Terms. When we suspend an account, you may not be able to sign in or see your saved tickets. If you think we made a mistake, email support@lottocheck.ai.
Suspension or termination does not cancel a store subscription and does not give you a refund from us. Refunds for store purchases are handled by Apple or Google (see section 10). Sections 4, 12 to 18 and 20 stay in force after these Terms end.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings > Delete account. This permanently deletes your account, tickets, results, photos and settings, as described in our Privacy Policy. It cannot be undone. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it as shown below.
10. LottoCheck Premium (subscriptions)
LottoCheck Premium is an optional auto-renewing subscription. On iPhone and iPad you buy it through the Apple App Store with your Apple Account. If we offer the Android app, you buy it through Google Play. The plans, prices, billing periods and any free trial are shown in the app before you confirm the purchase. Prices are in US dollars and can include taxes set by the store.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account (or Google account) when you confirm the purchase or, with a free trial, when the trial ends.
- The subscription renews automatically for the same period at the then-current price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Free Premium days: a new account may get Premium free for a limited time. These days end on their own and never charge you.
- Free trials: if the store offers a free trial, it is offered once per person and per Apple (or Google) account, as the store decides. If you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, you are not charged. Any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Cancel: on iPhone or iPad, open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, tap LottoCheck, then Cancel Subscription. On Android, open Google Play, tap your profile picture, then Payments & subscriptions, Subscriptions, LottoCheck, Cancel. After you cancel, Premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds: Apple (or Google) processes all payments and refunds under its own policies. We cannot issue refunds for store purchases. To ask Apple for a refund, go to reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Price changes: we may change prices. Apple (or Google) tells you before a higher price applies to your subscription and, where its rules require, asks for your consent. If you do not agree, cancel before the new price starts.
- Feature changes: we may add, change or remove Premium features. If we stop offering Premium, you keep it until the end of the period you paid for.
11. Notifications
Notifications depend on Apple, Google, your device, your settings and your network. They can be late or not arrive. Do not rely only on a notification to find out whether a ticket won.
12. Your tickets and photos
The tickets, photos and other content you add stay yours. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, copy, process and display that content only to run, protect and improve the Service for you. This includes sending a ticket photo to our AI service provider to read the numbers, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the right to upload the content you add. Check the numbers that LottoCheck reads: it checks the numbers as you confirmed them.
13. Acceptable use
Do not:
- use the Service against the law, or to help anyone else break it, including lottery and gambling laws;
- use the Service to run a lottery pool, resell tickets or offer any paid lottery service to others;
- copy, scrape, crawl or resell the Service, its content or its data, or use them to build a competing product;
- try to get into accounts, systems or data that you are not allowed to use, or test, probe or break our security;
- send malware, overload the Service or use bots or automated access, except as we allow in writing;
- upload content that is illegal, harmful, or that belongs to someone else without permission;
- copy, change, reverse engineer or decompile the app, except where the law allows it;
- pretend to be someone else, or use the Service if you are under the minimum age.
14. Our intellectual property and your license
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, the LottoCheck name and logo, belongs to Plondo Network, LLC or its licensors and is protected by law. While you follow these Terms, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to install and use the app on devices that you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. All rights that we do not give you in these Terms stay with us. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.
15. Third-party services
The Service uses and links to services of others, such as Apple, Google, lottery websites and our service providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for their content, products or availability.
16. Apple App Store terms
If you got the app from the Apple App Store, these extra terms apply:
- These Terms are between you and us only, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content.
- Your license is limited to using the app on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as the Usage Rules of the App Store Terms of Service allow.
- Apple has no duty to give maintenance or support for the app.
- If the app does not meet a warranty that applies, you can tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price of the app (if any). To the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty duty for the app.
- We, not Apple, handle any claim about the app, including product liability claims, claims that the app does not meet a legal or regulatory requirement, consumer protection claims, and claims that the app infringes someone’s intellectual property.
- You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo or named a “terrorist supporting” country, and that you are not on a US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and can enforce them against you.
Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, but if it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms control to the extent Apple allows.
17. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT AND ACCURACY. WE DO NOT PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE, ITS RESULTS OR ITS TICKET READING WILL BE CORRECT, COMPLETE, ON TIME, SECURE OR FREE OF ERRORS, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE. Some states do not allow these exclusions, so some of them may not apply to you.
18. Limitation of liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, PLONDO NETWORK, LLC, ITS MEMBERS, MANAGERS, EMPLOYEES AND AGENTS ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOST PRIZE, LOST OR EXPIRED TICKET, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA OR LOSS OF GOODWILL, THAT COMES FROM OR RELATES TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF WE WERE TOLD THESE DAMAGES WERE POSSIBLE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR LOTTOCHECK IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT THAT CAUSED THE CLAIM, OR (B) US$50. These limits apply to every legal theory and even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose. Some states do not allow some of these limits, so they may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that the law does not allow us to limit, such as for fraud.
19. Indemnity
To the extent the law allows, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Plondo Network, LLC, its members, managers, employees and agents from any claim, loss, liability, damage or cost (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) that comes from your breach of these Terms, your breach of any law or the rights of another person, or content that you add to the Service.
20. Governing law and venue
These Terms and any dispute about them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any lawsuit must be filed only in the state courts located in Ouachita Parish, Louisiana, or in the United States District Court for the Western District of Louisiana, and you and we agree to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If the law where you live gives you a right that cannot be waived, such as the right to sue in your home state, that right still applies. Before you file a claim, please email support@lottocheck.ai so we can try to solve the problem.
21. Changes to these Terms
We may change these Terms. When we do, we publish the new version here with a new version number and effective date. If a change is important, we tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and the app asks you to accept the new version before you can continue to save or change data. If you do not accept, you can still read your data, contact support and delete your account. If you keep using the Service after a change takes effect, you accept the new Terms.
22. General terms
- These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service.
- If a court finds part of these Terms unenforceable, that part is limited as little as possible, and the rest stays in force.
- If we do not enforce a right, we do not give it up.
- You may not transfer these Terms. We may transfer them as part of a merger, sale of assets or reorganization.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
- Headings are for convenience only. “Including” means “including without limitation”.
