Privacy Policy
Effective: October 20, 2026
Last updated: October 20, 2026
Version 2.0
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information LottoCheck collects, why we collect it, who processes it for us, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to the LottoCheck app for iPhone and iPad (and Android, when offered), the website lottocheck.ai and LottoCheck Premium (the “Service”). Please also read our Terms of Use.
The short version
- We collect what we need to run LottoCheck: your account, the tickets you save, ticket photos, your settings and basic device and usage data.
- When you scan a ticket, the photo goes to our AI service provider to read the numbers. It is not used to train AI models.
- We do not sell or share your personal information for advertising. We show no ads and do not track you across other apps.
- You can delete your account and its data at any time in the app: Settings > Delete account.
1. Who we are
LottoCheck is operated by Plondo Network, LLC, doing business as LottoCheck.ai (“we”, “us”), 175 Richland Place Dr, Monroe, LA 71203, USA. We decide how your personal information is used and are responsible for it. Contact us at support@lottocheck.ai.
2. Information we collect in the app
Information you give us
- Account data: your email address, a password (stored only as a salted hash, never in plain text), an optional display name and an optional profile photo. With Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in we also store the account identifier that Apple or Google gives us. With Apple you can hide your email; we then receive an Apple private relay address.
- Consent records: which version of the Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy you accepted, your confirmation that you are 18 or older, when you accepted, the app version and the platform.
- Tickets you save: the game, your numbers and plays, the draw date or dates, the state where you bought the ticket, add-ons (for example Power Play), the ticket cost, how you added the ticket (typed, photo scan or barcode scan), a barcode value if you scan one, and whether you marked a prize as claimed.
- Results: the results we work out for your tickets, prize amounts, and the notifications we send you about them. Premium reports of your spending and winnings are made from this data.
- Ticket photos: if you save a ticket from a photo scan, we store that photo in private storage. Only you can see it in the app.
- Preferences: your home state, the states and games you follow, your saved numbers, and your notification and display settings, including whether you allow “News and offers” notifications.
- Support requests: if you contact us in the app (Settings > Help & Support), we store your messages, the topic, the screenshots you choose to attach and the email address on your account.
- Scan reports: if you choose “Send this scan to LottoCheck”, we store the ticket photo, what the scanner read and your app version, so we can fix the reader.
Information collected automatically
- Device data: your push notification token, your platform (iOS or Android), your device model, operating system and version, and app version. Sign-in sessions keep a short description of the device that signed in.
- Usage data: we measure how the app is used with our own analytics, without any third-party analytics or advertising company. We record events such as “screen shown” or “ticket saved”, a random install ID made by the app, the app version, the OS version and the device type (phone or tablet). When you are signed in, events are linked to your account. We do not put your ticket numbers, photos, typed text or location in these events. You can turn this off: Settings > Share anonymous usage data.
- Diagnostic and security data: error reports, notification delivery records and server logs (for example the time and type of a request). We use them to keep the Service working and safe.
Information from others
- Purchases: if you buy LottoCheck Premium, Apple (or Google) and RevenueCat tell us your plan, its status, its dates, the price and the store transaction identifiers. We never see or store your card or bank details.
- Sign-in providers: Apple or Google confirm your identity and give us your account identifier and email address.
We do not collect your precise location, contacts, health data, advertising identifiers or payment card details.
3. Camera, scanning and AI ticket reading
When you scan a ticket while signed in, the app sends the ticket photo to our server, and our server sends it to our AI service provider, whose AI model reads the numbers, the draw date and the state printed on it. We remove the photo’s location and camera data before it is sent. We do not keep the photo for this reading; we keep only a record of each reading (time, cost and outcome, with no photo or numbers) to limit abuse. Our AI service provider processes the photo only for us, under commercial terms that do not allow it to train its models on our customers’ data. If this reading is not available, the app reads the ticket on your device. Barcodes are always read on your device.
We store a ticket photo only when you save the ticket from a photo scan, or when you choose to send a scan report. We do not use your photos for any other purpose.
4. Information we collect on the website
- Visit counts: we count page views, app store link clicks and page speed with our own analytics. We do not use advertising cookies or advertising IDs. To count a visitor for one day, we make a one-way code from your IP address, your browser description and a random value that we delete after 2 days. We do not store your IP address.
- Waitlist: if you join the waitlist, we store your email address and where on the site you joined. We use it only to tell you when the app launches.
- Support form: if you use the form on our support page, we store your email address, the topic and your message, and we answer by email. We use your IP address only briefly to block abuse; we do not store it with your message.
- Voice assistant (Liz): Liz is an AI voice assistant run by our provider ElevenLabs. Nothing of it loads until you press "Talk to Liz". When you start a conversation, ElevenLabs processes your voice to turn it into text, answer and speak back, and receives your IP address and browser details to connect the call. The assistant's code loads from unpkg.com, a public code host. We set ElevenLabs not to store recordings of your voice and to delete the written transcript after 7 days; we read transcripts only to check the quality of Liz's answers. Please do not share personal details with Liz. If you do not want your voice processed, do not start a conversation: every page works without it.
5. How we use information
- To create and secure your account, sign you in and keep a record of your consent.
- To read, save and check your tickets against draw results, and show your history and reports.
- To send the notifications you ask for, such as results, draw reminders and unclaimed-prize reminders, and promotional notifications only if you turned them on.
- To send account emails, such as password reset and email verification.
- To manage your subscription and the features it unlocks.
- To answer your support requests and fix problems you report.
- To understand which features are used, fix bugs and improve the Service.
- To prevent fraud and abuse, enforce our Terms (including suspending accounts) and meet our legal duties.
We do not use your information for automated decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you.
6. Who we share information with
We share personal information only with these service providers, only so they can run the Service for us, and under contracts or terms that limit how they may use it:
| Provider | What it does for us | Data it handles |
|---|---|---|
| Railway | Hosting of our servers, database and private file storage | All data described in this policy |
| Our AI service provider | AI reading of ticket photos when you scan | The ticket photo |
| Apple | Sign in with Apple, App Store purchases, push notification delivery | Account identifier, email, purchase records, push token |
| Google sign-in, Google Play purchases and push delivery (Android) | Account identifier, email, purchase records, push token | |
| RevenueCat | Subscription status and receipts | Your LottoCheck user ID, purchase records, device platform |
| Expo (650 Industries) | Sends our push notifications to Apple and Google | Push token and the notification text |
| Resend | Sends account and support emails | Email address and the email content |
| Cloudflare | Routing of email sent to our support address | Emails you send us |
| ElevenLabs | Runs Liz, our website voice assistant, when you start a conversation (see section 4) | Your voice, the conversation transcript, IP address and browser details |
We may also disclose information if the law requires it (for example a valid court order), to protect the rights, property and safety of our users, us or others, or as part of a merger, financing or sale of all or part of the business. A new owner must keep this policy or tell you about changes.
7. No sale, no targeted advertising
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not “share” it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those words are defined in California law. We show no ads, use no advertising IDs and do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites. Because we do none of this, there is nothing to opt out of, and we treat a Global Privacy Control signal as a confirmation of that choice.
8. How long we keep information
- Account data, consent records, tickets, results, photos, preferences, saved numbers and in-app support requests: while your account exists.
- Scan reports that you send: 90 days, then deleted automatically.
- AI reading: the photo is not kept. The record of each reading (no photo, no numbers) is kept while your account exists.
- Raw usage events: up to 400 days, then deleted. Daily totals (counts only) are kept.
- Website visitor codes: the random value behind them is deleted after 2 days.
- Website support requests: while we need them to help you, or until you ask us to delete them.
- Waitlist emails: until the app launches and we tell you, or until you ask us to remove yours.
- Purchase records, notification delivery records and error logs: as long as we need them for accounting, tax, security and support. When you delete your account, they are no longer linked to it.
- Backups: deleted data can stay in encrypted backups for a short time, until those backups are replaced.
9. Deleting your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app: Settings > Delete account, then confirm. You can also email support@lottocheck.ai from the email address on your account and ask us to delete it.
Deletion starts at once and cannot be undone. We delete your account, consent records, tickets, results, ticket photos, profile photo, scan reports, support requests and screenshots, devices, preferences and saved numbers. Usage events stay only in a form that is no longer linked to you. Deleting your account or the app does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account (see section 10 of our Terms of Use).
10. Your choices
- See and change your tickets, preferences and profile in the app.
- Turn notifications, including “News and offers”, on or off in the app or in your phone settings.
- Turn off usage data: Settings > Share anonymous usage data.
- Use the app as a guest to scan and check tickets without an account (nothing is saved to our servers).
- Delete your account in the app.
11. Your privacy rights (US states)
Depending on where you live, for example in California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon and other US states with privacy laws, you may have the right to:
- know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it in a portable format;
- correct information that is wrong;
- delete your personal information;
- opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising and profiling (we do none of these);
- limit the use of sensitive personal information (we use your account login only to sign you in);
- not be treated differently for using these rights.
To use a right, email support@lottocheck.ai from the email address on your account, or use the in-app tools above. We verify your request by matching it to your account, and we answer within 45 days (we tell you if we need more time, as the law allows). You can use an authorized agent; we may ask for proof of the agent’s authority and confirm the request with you. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer with the word “Appeal”. We answer appeals within the time the law of your state sets. If you are not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general.

12. Security
We send all data over encrypted connections (HTTPS), store passwords only as salted hashes, keep ticket photos and screenshots in private storage, limit staff access to what each person needs, and log administrator actions. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your personal information, we tell you and the authorities as the law requires.
13. Children
LottoCheck is not for anyone under 18. We ask every user to confirm they are 18 or older, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor gave us information, email support@lottocheck.ai and we will delete it.
14. Where we process information
LottoCheck is made for people in the United States. We and our service providers store and process information in the United States.
15. Changes to this policy
We may change this policy. When we do, we publish the new version here with a new version number and effective date. If a change is important, we tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect, and the app asks you to accept the new version.
