Delete your LottoCheck account

This page is for the app LottoCheck: Ticket Checker by Plondo Network, LLC (DBA LottoCheck.ai). You can delete your account and its data at any time.

Delete your account in the app

Open the LottoCheck app.
Go to More > Settings > Delete account.
Confirm.

We delete your account and its data right away. You cannot undo this.

Delete your account without the app

Email support@lottocheck.ai from the email address on your account. Use the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm your request and delete the account within 30 days.

What we delete

Your account and profile: email, phone number, display name and profile photo
Your sign-in sessions and trusted devices
Your watched states, games and notification settings
Your saved tickets, ticket results and ticket photos
Your saved numbers and fun tickets
Your scan reports and their photos
Your notification devices
Your support requests and screenshots
Your records of accepting the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy
Your AI reading records

What we keep

Usage events and crash reports stay only in a form that is no longer linked to you. We delete raw usage events after up to 400 days.
Purchase records, notification delivery records and error logs stay as long as we need them for accounting, tax, security and support. They are no longer linked to your account.
Deleted data can stay in encrypted backups for a short time, until those backups are replaced.
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in your Apple or Google account.
