How does checking work?

You scan or type your ticket. LottoCheck compares it with published draw results. You can check after the draw. Tickets that are being watched are also checked for you automatically, and you get a push notification. Results are unofficial. Confirm them with the official lottery.

Why is my ticket “not watched”?

Free accounts get automatic checking and push notifications for the first 3 tickets saved before their draw. Other tickets are “not watched”. You can still check them yourself after the draw. LottoCheck Premium watches an unlimited number of tickets.

How do I cancel my subscription on iPhone?

Open Settings, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose LottoCheck, then tap Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.

How do I cancel my subscription on Android?

Open the Google Play Store, tap your profile icon, tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions. Choose LottoCheck and tap Cancel subscription.

How do I restore purchases?

Open the app, go to Settings, tap Upgrade to Premium, then tap Restore purchases at the bottom of that screen. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account that made the purchase.

How do I delete my account?

Open the app and go to Settings > Delete account. This deletes your account, tickets, results, photos and devices. It does not cancel a subscription. Cancel that in your Apple or Google account settings. You can also email us to request deletion.
